Price conditions and discounts
The price includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, an equipped kitchen, satellite TV, use of the sunbathing lawn, and final cleaning. The local tax is €2.50 per person per night. Children and teenagers under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax. Additionally, children under 3 years stay free of charge at Villa Schönau.
The free guest card
When you stay at Villa Schönau, you'll receive the "Südtirol Guest Pass"* at no extra cost. This guest card provides mobility, allowing you to explore the Alpe di Siusi vacation region by bus and train. The card includes the following services:
- all shuttle buses in the Alpe di Siusi vacation region (exception: lines 10 and 11)
- Ritten's railway and the Mendel cable car
The "Südtirol Guest Pass" is valid for 7 days. If your booking extends beyond this period, a new card will be issued after 7 days. The card is personal and non-transferable, requiring validation each time you use public transport.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

Please note: The apartment is considered fully booked only upon receipt of a €100 deposit from you.
Payment
Please pay cash on site or transfer the amount.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm and we ask you to vacate the apartment at 9.00 am.

Seiser Alm Balance - an active and healthy start to spring
Seiser Alm Balance offers weekly events on the topics of exercise, balance, healthy eating and proper training. These workshops enable adults and young people aged 14 and over to experience nature, exercise and at the same time find peace, relaxation and enjoyment.
During your stay in our accommodation, you can take part in the Balance Events free of charge.

*Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions:
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and
